High Rank Expectations

All high rank holders are required to be active in character and out! We want to get to know you, and it's vital that we see you plotting and keeping the roleplay moving! We can't do it without you!

Please note: Players with high ranking characters are fully responsible for independently carrying out both the IC and OOC tasks of their gang. Staff should not have to poke you to get you moving.

Bosses

As the leader of a gang, you're given many responsibilities both in character and out. These can be a blast, but taking on such a high-ranking position is a serious decision that will affect the entire roleplay. Make sure that it's really something you want and can maintain over the course of time.

Expectations
out-of-character
  • Post at least once every two weeks. Instead of one post a month, high ranks must have two posts a month at minimum to keep their rank
  • Be on top of all plots happening within your gang
  • Be an active member! Reply to open threads, create new threads, plot with your gang members, etc.
  • Keep track of Tailers and Brats and decide when their ceremonies should take place
    • Keep track of who would make good Mentor/Tailer pairs.
  • Be active in both gangwide and sitewide plots
  • Keep things moving forward by roleplaying out ceremonies, punishments, plots, battles, promotions, demotions, and everyday activities

in-character
  • Consider what the gang needs and how to achieve this
  • Give commands to the Vice for group jobs and reports on what resources are needed
  • Run ceremonies, give punishments, participate in battles, give promotions, demotions, and be involved in everyday activities
  • Know your gang and everyone in it! Everyone should know you, too. A new dog has joined the ranks? Have a thread and get to know them!

Vices

The Vice rank is a supporting rank that’s equally important. The Vice rank should not be taken lightly as the same is expected of those who hold it - including but not limited to hopping into threads, creating new open threads, plotting with their gang members, being active in both gang-wide and board-wide plots, etc.

Expectations

  • Be active in both gangwide and sitewide plots

Lieutenants

Lieutenants are the third in command, the ones that oversee specific job groups. There is a Lieutenant for Walkers, Scrapers, Healers, and for special ranks like Dirtpaws, Falconers, Explorers, and Ratters. There is not one for the Denmothers as it is a all-hands-on-deck job that doesn’t require an overseer.

The Lieutenants are commanded by the Vice, and they organize patrols, raids, and other resource hauls with the Scrapers, Walkers, Ratters, Dirtpaws, Falconers, and Healers.
