Cooper trotted along the streets of Boudreaux, the cloudy weather not putting a damper his upbeat mood. Why he was in a good mood, he honestly wasn't sure. Nothing special had happened, he hadn't done anything substantial or noteworthy, and he hadn't dreamed anything the night before. He just woke up in a gosh darn good mood. Then again, that was Cooper. He typically was in a positive state of mind unless given a reason not to be. Since he had no reason to be mad or down in the dumps, he found himself positively trotting down a sidewalk in Boudreaux, not really having a specific destination that he was dying to get to. He was just taking a stroll along town, enjoying the day for what it was: another day to live and love life. Cooper chose to live and love life today by exploring the territory that wasn't actually territory for anybody. After the whole incident that led to him becoming a Dodger, he made it a point to quickly learn the areas that were okay to be in and the areas that weren't. He didn't want to wander into a place he wasn't supposed to be again. Something told him he wouldn't luck out and be given a spot in the gang like he was last time.
Up ahead, Cooper seen a rather green area in the dull, clouded light. A park! That would be a fun place to explore! Humming a tune, he quickly crossed the street, eliciting a honk from an angry car horn in the process. "Haha, watch where you're going, man!" he exclaimed, finding it quite fun instead of a nearly calling the healer situation. As he picked up his jaunty pace along the path of the park, he also picked up a tune. "A little bit of love, a little bit of grief, a little bit of pain and misery. A little bit of strife in life I fight and I survive!" By the time he was to the chorus, he wasn't exactly trying to keep his melodic voice down,"Give me your best shot, the stronger I stand! Not lookin' for sympathy! Wht doesn't kill me makes me who I am, a soldier fights till he's free! You ain't ready for me!"
ooc: I hope this is an okay starter! In case you're curious, the song he's singing is "You Ain't Ready" by Skillet! Strategically chosen considering he's named after their lead singer LOL
