about us This is Komorrah, a city full of corruption, poverty, and crime. While there's good and bad in every city, this one has dogs. A lot of stray dogs.
Set in a modern-day, fictionalized version of New York City, Komorrah has much to offer our gang dogs. Strays on the street feed from human negligence and thrive on the loopholes they can fit their snouts in. It's every dog for themselves
out there, though living with and having the support of a gang is helpful.
Tensions rise, enemies are made, but perhaps alliances are arranged. Only the strong survive this harsh hand the strays have been dealt. What will be your choice in Infidelis?
featured adoptable DUCHESS • APP With a name like this, its no wonder that Duchess is the living emobident of 'regal'. Incredibly smart with a certain charm that others can't resist, don't let her honey-sweet smile and patience fool you. This ambitious, manipulative girl has her eyes set on greatness.
Nestled in the heart of Komorrah itself is the city. Honking horns, a constant flow of people, and an ebbing murmur of sounds gives the city both its appeal and chaos. The city expansive and wild; it's crowded and perfect for someone who just wants to blend in. It's here, in the gullet of Kessir, where the Dodgers call their home; you'll find their dens in the Labyrinth.

Tail giving a few more heavy thumps, she let out a little laugh, unable to stop the happy, warm feeling that trickled through her body. "Sorry," the large hound apologized, but, one could easily tell from her slight snicker that she didn't really mean it.
"So let's do that thing that uh...other's do - like, y'know...girl talk?" Fallon suddenly perked up in a hushed voice, "so Rhea! Tell me, tell me..." Her voice was quiet - well, as quiet as the usual loud dog could be as she couldn't help but let out a silly little giggle, "what's your type? Any lucky guy - or, ah girl - you're interested in? Anyone caught your eye? Any uh...fur you'd...really wanna...sniff?" She awkwardly trailed off in the end as she tried to think of more witty lingo, but, she quickly found herself trailing off.
Girl talk? Ooh, she didn't know when the last time she'd gotten to do that was! Rhea wriggled with excitement, what little she could do so with the giant that was Fallon in her space. Not that she minded, of course.
After quickly stifling a laugh at Fallon's turns of phrase, Rhea thought for a moment. "My type... They definitely have to be kind, and friendly," she decided to start. "I'd like it if they made me laugh, and they'd have to like pups! I'd like some more at some point, I think." She did doubt she was ever going to get any though, which was why she was happy to look after other people's. "I think they'd have to be part of the gang too, honestly. I'd never get to see them otherwise!" Plus, she wasn't willing to leave the Dodgers. They had always been so good to her. She couldn't go anywhere near two of the other gangs in the city either. Sure, she wouldn't mind going to live with the Crabs, but it would also be better to just stay with the dogs she knew.
"What about you?" she asked, purposefully choosing not to admit that she hadn't really met anyone she fancied thus far. She was trying to get out and meet more of the gang, to get in their good graces, but it was hard for her. She also didn't want to admit that she cared for Fallon a great deal, and she wasn't entirely sure in what way. Best to leave that be for the moment, she thought. It wouldn't do for her to potentially lose her closest friend in the gang.
Hearing her friend open up and talk to her about 'girl' things honestly made Fallon's heart swell. She was so...happy to see that little glimmer in Rhea's eyes! Tail beginning to thud on the floor rather noisily, she found herself giving out a rather idiotic giggle. "You know, that sounds like..." Fallon trailed off for a moment, trying to put a face to what the dog described, "Cooper! Or, maybe Argent or, or, Cheyenne," she licked her jowls, trying to keep her excited voice down. As she was, in turn, questioned, her heavy head gave a tilt, floppy ears bouncing. "Me?" Did she...have a type? Honestly, it never even crossed her mind much...She was so big and clumsy - so unladylike and an utter dork more often than not.
"I guess a dog that accepts and likes me for me, y'know?" Fallon found herself saying with a nod of her head. "Not everyone likes a giant teddy bear like...that," she found herself almost a bit embarrassed, opening up a bit of her more personalized thoughts. "But, I love love." She found herself almost growing a bit flustered. She always wanted to find her 'one true love' like she'd often heard about as a youngster. Have a 'happy life', and maybe...possibly a few rascals of her own running around. Hell, she'd nearly brought home a kitten to try and raise in the gang once, had she not found its mother on the verge of taking said kitten home. "It's really nice, y'know?"
She waited patiently for Fallon to tell her who it reminded her of, honestly curious. She did so want to find someone to be with, preferably one she could have pups with, but honestly, she wasn't going to be picky. If it so happened that she fell for another woman, then so be it.
"I'll have to talk to them more," she said. "Well, try to anyway. I think someone like Cooper would be... too cool to be interested in me." She didn't say it sadly, just matter-of-factly. She was, in her mind, just a little bit boring. It wasn't a bad thing, it was just a fact of life.
She gave Fallon a look of somewhat exaggerated surprise. "Oh please, how couldn't they?" she asked. Were people being mean to her beloved Fallon? She'd give them a little piece of her mind, if so. Don't doubt it! She might not care about anything others said about her, but about her friends? Yeah that was a different story.
"It is nice," she agreed, though if she was being honest she didn't have the most experience with that. The closest she'd gotten was with one of the males she'd been frequently bred with. They hadn't exactly had an opportunity to get to know each other or ever hang out, sadly. It seemed unlikely to her that she'd ever see him again too. But, she kind of got the idea of what it was like. It had definitely been a bright point in the darkness of those days.
"Cooper is really cool," Fallon spoke of their newest member with a gushing voice of awe and affection. He could sing! What other dog had such a pretty and perfect howl like his? When she howled, it just sounded like she was...screaming, to be honest. "But, you're cool too!" She offered a soft whine and shake of her head. Granted, she had nothing to say but nice things about her fellow gang members. Even the more...prickly ones, like Void or Juno.
Her tail gave a slight wag Rhea's surprised look, it warmed her heart a bit. "It's okay, it's okay!" Fallon quickly said with a laugh. "I don't mind, really. That'll just make it all the more special if-when I find my own special someone, y'know?" She gave a sheepish grin. Those were the same words she'd told herself before, if just to keep the insecurity and jealously from building and showing. And they were words she still stood firm by.
A sudden yawn came over her, she abruptly grew aware of how...late it was. Had she kept them both up by running her mouth so much? Oops! "Nap time npw?" She suddenly, childishly, suggested to Rhea, curling a bit closer to the dog. At this point, it almost seemed like her larger body was cradling the staffy, as her heavy head carefully rested itself on her back.
Rhea laughed at Fallon's hasty addition to her words. "Yes, true, but in a whole different way," she replied. Which didn't bother her any. Not everyone could look after the pups like she could, just like not everyone could be as cool as Cooper was. It just made sense.
Fallon seemed just as happy with her social status as Rhea herself did, and so she relaxed. Okay then. If Fallon was fine with it then so was she. "That's true," she agreed. She wondered if she herself would eventually find someone. It wasn't like she was actively looking for anyone of course, which didn't help matters. And anyway, who would want a weird, scarred creature like her? Probably not many dogs. She would probably spend the rest of her days taking care of everyone else's pups. Luckily, she was okay with that too. It was an honor and a treat to be able to spend time with them.
"Yeah, we should probably get some sleep," she agreed. Though she always felt tired, she seldom felt this calm about the prospect of going to sleep. She had a feeling that for once, she might sleep peacefully.

Smiling as her companion agreed with her, Fallon wasted little time in nestling closer. Carefully, she seemed to almost cradle the housemother, letting her large snout nuzzle into her shoulder. "Hope you don't mind a bit of drool," Fallon said with a content, yet sheepish, sigh. Heavy eyelids finally beginning to close, her body relaxed, allowing for the other dog to sink into and feel the warmth that was her thick, heavily furred body. Hoping that her presence had helped the other relax, she began to fall into a slumber, but not before her tired, slurred voice muttered out, "g'night, Rhea...Don't worry, I'll still be here when you wake up, promise..."
