Light rain had been drizzling all day making everything foggy and damp. She had spent most of her day laying at the mouth of the cave system with her head on her front paws, watching the rain fall and dissipate, the humidity causing fog to rise up from the ocean and sand. Another day spent doing whatever came to her on a whim, which was mostly lazing about or terrorizing the wildlife and her fellow Crabs. Nothing had particularly caught her interest as far as a 'job' or a purpose, but lately something had indeed piqued her curiosity.
She had seen glimpses of them though it seemed they were all quite busy or just kept to themselves, which came as a bit of a disappointment to the young hound. All the excitement of The Saints seeking refuge had died off quickly once it got down to figuring out logistics and all that. But that didn't mean she had forgotten about them - oh, no, she was more curious than ever, her appetite for information voracious.
A sigh of resignation left her lips as she hoisted herself to her feet, her long, lanky legs carrying her deeper into the cave system as she navigated it swiftly. She slowed herself once she got closer to the cave that they had taken up in, softening her paw steps so the light click of her nails against the stone would stop.
She crept closer to the edge of the cave's opening to stick her head around the corner and look about the 'room', spying what she thought was a dog inside. Her breath caught in her throat with a gasp as she withdrew herself, afraid someone had seen her.
