about us This is Komorrah, a city full of people, corruption, and crime. While there's good and bad in every city, this one has dogs. A lot of stray dogs.
Set in a modern-day, fictionalized version of New York City, Komorrah has much to offer our gang dogs. Strays on the street feed from human negligence and thrive on the loopholes they can fit their snouts in. It's every dog for themselves
out there, though living with and having the support of a gang is helpful.
Tensions rise, enemies are made, but perhaps alliances are arranged. Only the strong survive this harsh hand the strays have been dealt. What will be your choice in Infidelis?
featured adoptable TRICK • APP Something wicked this way comes. Trick is one sick puppy. Like his brother Trax, he hears dark voices in his head, but, unlike his brother, he has given in to them. He has embraced them. They've consumed him, turning him into a dog who craves destruction, who craves the cries and pain of others. He prowls Komorrah in search of his latest victim, using his manipulative tactics and scary intelligence to lure them in. It's like a game to him, a game that no one in their right mind would want to play with him.
Named for the way that the buildings in this area are colored like desert rocks, Red Rock City boasts a lot of old-age features. In fact, it actually is the oldest part of Komorrah; with its unique aesthetic, its structures are uniquely made of sandstone, uncut stone, clay bricks, and even wood, instead of concrete or other modern building materials. You'll find small, cramped pulley elevators (if any at all) in these buildings with stoic, stony gargoyles perched to keep watch outside.
Compared to the towering skyscrapers of San Angelo, Red Rock City is a bit more mellow in its aesthetic. Most of the structures that make up this area are residential housing or smaller two-to-three-story buildings, however, many of the structures that could afford to get an upgrade did in the past few years. This is especially true in the industrial areas where modern technology is the key to efficiency.
After a historical earthquake ravaged the city of Komorrah some years prior, Red Rock City never did fully recover. A lot of its history was lost when so many of its buildings collapsed because of the damage. Many areas of Kessir and Palatine are still blocked off to the public, either officially condemned or so dilapidated that a trespasser couldn’t get in even if they wanted to.
There is an abundance of Pear Trees found throughout the city, decorating city sidewalks and bearing fruit to whoever will take it. Oak trees populate everywhere else they are allowed, which are only in parks and open lots. Dandelions and other weed species can be found growing through the cracks in the concrete in many places, usually at the corners of buildings.

Though they'd been settled in for some time now, Rya was still filled with adrenaline from their victory. They had resoundingly pushed back the Dodgers, and though she longed for them to have been able to follow the gang back to their hiding hole and wipe them out entirely, Daire had held them back. She suspected the boss was smarter than she was, and therefore did what she said, especially since she had finally been able to curry favor with her. She had finally achieved a higher rank within the gang, and had been one of those chosen to flank the boss during the attack. It was a source of extreme pride for her, not that she'd admit it, and she longed to do something else to prove herself further.
That was the reason why she was on the border, keeping an eye out for sight or smell of trespassers. She wasn't sure if any of the Dodgers were stupid enough to approach the border, but if they were...
Thus far, it had been a boring morning leading into afternoon. She longed for something to happen, just so that she could burn off some energy. If nothing did, she might just have to go pester her brother.
Ashvins hadn't stopped to think, he hadn't slowed down. Trying to treat whoever wanted or they found him most often. A yawn passed by his lips as he stretched out, back cracking and legs going stiff for a moment. What else was there to do, he hadn't really been interested in any of this but ended up involved anyway. That was rather typical, he hadn't fought but was brought in quickly afterwards.
He decided to see what they had won, what this was all about and really ended up going back in circles and in doing so he spotted Rya, he knew most by name even if they did not know him. It was just something he liked to remember, even though Ash had no real friends but no doubt many thought of him as an odd friend. The act he kept up and all, the good bed side manor. He walked up to her, making sure to make more noise as he did. "Hello there Rya" His deep tone echoed slightly as he sat close by.
"Anything a medic like myself might help you with, after our victory I can only imagine the new sets of scars most of our gang will sport" He half chuckled with a slight grin. "Feel like raiding the Dodgers supply of herbs with me? Perhaps if you're feeling any pain I can find something to help" Yes yes, good. Lots of herbs he could find within the storage area hopefully, he glanced at the ground with a slight nod "Yes.." He quietly spoke under his breath. Ash snapped out of it and glanced over towards Rya with a friendly smile, of course it was a fake friendly smile but he had perfected it.
As bored as she had been, she somehow felt infinitely more disgruntled when someone spoke nearby, addressing her. To her credit, she didn't grimace, but she did let out a slow, silent breath before she stopped and turned to Ashvins. Despite wanting something to do, she was about to tell him to fuck off before he suggested they go mess with the Dodgers. It was probably that he dared to ask if she was hurt or needed help, honestly. Did she look weak or something? Okay, yeah, her leg was always a hindrance, but she wasn't going to ever say that to someone!
But, she visibly brightened when he suggested going to steal from the Dodgers. Any time she could make their lives just a little more miserable was a good time to her. "Now that does sound like fun," she replied. It didn't occur to her that he could just be using her for grunt work, or that he just wanted a bodyguard. Rya tended to think that everyone else thought much the same way she did, so in her mind he obviously enjoyed messing with the Dodgers too. To her, who wouldn't think that?
"I ain't sniffing them out tho, that's your job," she said. Her job had never included shoving her nose in plants, so she couldn't claim to know what they smelled like. She didn't want to learn either. It was a job that was so far beneath her. Daire valued dogs for their fighting ability, not for their being able to stick some goop on someone.
Ashvins could sense Rya might have been annoyed with him, not even slightly annoyed but probably annoyed. They were strong dogs and the warrior types, but he was just doing his job, Ash never saw it as a weakness or anything. Most of them figure he always did or others did as well, he commonly saw this reaction. Never had it bothered him though, like them, he was just doing his job. Not really having any sort of personal or in-depth view on the patient's he treated. As a medic he could spot even the slightest expression of pain, so as a medic he always asked. "Just doing my job, particularly so after a fight yes yes, not singling anyone which way or that. Just doing my job my view never changes" He said with a head nod and a smile. She'd probably still refuse treatment but that was her right, he didn't think it wise but anyway, maybe after a bit she'd ask. You never know.
"That it does, raid the cupboards, tear the beds and leave the house a mess" He smirked. Ash was a rather tall and lanky looking dog, which often made other dogs think he was weak and unable to fight. They didn't often know he had a lot of strength behind his frame, which wasn't wiry or fragile looking. Ashvins was fine to hold his own, he held back on the fight as he was a medic and would be the one to help with the aftermath instead. Dasra was always the one who enjoyed fighting more.
"Quite clearly dear" He spoke after her last question, she wouldn't know what to look for or what he was hoping to find. "You should find other goodies to steal for our gang, other useful items or even food yes food to steal and take as our own.. Leave the little Dodgers with nothing, hopeless and wounded" He grinned. Ashvins was a yardie through and through, whatever they wanted of him he'd gladly do.
"Follow follow, I smell something good nearby" Nose to the air, he walked off at a reasonable pace. Heading towards the smell of herbs, he doubted they'd store anything he really wanted but perhaps their own medic's had stolen some good things from humans and stores. He'd gladly take them, stealing from humans could get messy sometimes. No time to clean up the blood afterwards, such a mess. Ash did have herbs in mind but honestly he'd take anything he could find.
When he reached the storage area, he hadn't even really looked back to see if Rya had followed or not. It was her choice, and he had been glad she decided to tag along but it wouldn't affect him if she changed her mind. Goals were goals. "Mmm..." Ashvins said as he sniffed the air "Basic bitches yes... Maybe the good stuff is hidden around the room" He said walking around, trying to find freshly broken dirt. Lost in his own train of thought, he was very keen to find something good. A nice prize to claim. Anti-inflammatory herbs perhaps, these to aid in clotting mmm what else.
She squinted at him as he spoke of not singling anyone out, uncertain whether to trust him or not. Yeah, most Yardies weren't the subtle sort, but that didn't mean all of them were. Well, if it turned out he was trying to say something about her she'd tear him a new one then. For now, she'd settle for tolerating his explanation. Especially since what he was proposing sounded like so much fun that she didn't want to miss out. Still, she tried to force herself to walk 'normally' but it had been so long since her leg had been normal that it probably seemed to be a horrible imitation of a typical gait. Let him mention it, though, and see how far that got him.
"The Dodgers sure had a lot of shit for how pathetic they were," she commented. She'd been having fun destroying those little nests they'd made for their children a while back, and she'd been surprised at how long it took. Maybe they'd just had too much time to sit on their asses, so they'd had to go out and find soft things to sit on so their dainty hind ends didn't hurt. At least they had inherited it all when they took over, but what good was all of it to them? They didn't need plush things to hang out on. That wasn't their style.
"Make them even more miserable, perfect," she said. It was fun, honestly. Most fun she'd had in months, maybe even longer. Long as Daire was okay with them continuing to screw with the Dodgers (and Rya couldn't figure out why she wouldn't be) then she'd keep right on doing it.
Luckily, he picked up on a trail before she could get bored and start mouthing off, and she trundled after him. She didn't know what he was mumbling about, not understanding the terms, but she did understand 'break stuff'. She roamed the area, trying to find something fun to do while he was occupied, when she noticed what appeared to be some picked over dirt. Hmm, maybe someone had buried something good there, and that was what he was smelling? Worth a shot! She began to dig down, scrabbling at the loose dirt.
